Eligibility Criteria
- Have finished a Bachelor’s degree.
- Not already hold a graduate or PhD degree.
- Be 35 years old or younger (born in 1988 or later).
- Be a citizen or refugee of a Sub-Saharan African country.
- Have spent a significant part of your life in a Sub-Saharan African country.
- Face financial challenges.
- Achieve academic excellence despite difficulties.
- Possess leadership qualities or potential.
- Express an interest in and commitment to giving back to your home community.
- Require a Canadian study permit.
- Not have claimed asylum or protected person status after arriving in Canada.
- Commit to returning to Africa to use your training and skills for the benefit of others.

Step One: Assess Eligibility
