Korean Embassies in your countries will announce the official Korea scholarship 2023 or KGSP and you have to submit your applications to Korean embassies.
Most Embassies announce Korea Scholarship in Feb-March
University Track
Find out the relevant professors form Korean Universities related to your Research Interest and Contact for Consent Letter and mention you are willing to apply for Global Korea Scholarship 2023.
After getting the Consent letter you need to submit the applications ( according to university admission procedure) to the university and mention his/her name in your application.
